Our strategic plan for the period 2023-28 was developed by hospital management and staff with input from partners and our proprietor.

The aim of this plan is to provide a detailed analysis of key challenges to health in our area and our plans for addressing these in the next five years.

We detail our plans on addressing organizational weaknesses and describe how we prepare for and mitigate external threats. Key performance indicators are included, which will be assessed annually for progress.
