Reason for celebration today! The hospital has scored 63% adherence to Quality Standards in a rigorous accreditation assessment this week – against only 38% during the baseline survey in 2021.

MMH is one of a small group of hospitals in Malawi taking part in this programme, guided by the Ministry of Health Quality Management Directorate. We work towards achieving compliance to very comprehensive, pan-African quality standards led by the COHSASA institute from Cape Town, South Africa.
